ATTENTION: Our manager will send you a tracking number to track the parcel when it has been dispatched. If the parcel is returned back through your fault (not picked up at the post office - and it, unclaimed, was sent back), the order is considered canceled and in order to receive it, you have to pay the postage a second time. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for parcels that are lost in the post.

VAROVA jewellery cannot be returned. You may exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.

In case of an exchange of goods, the purchaser returns the jewellery to the warehouse at his own expense, after which we will send a new piece of jewellery at our expense.
